With solemn reverence, we commemorate Elizabeth Holland (Burlington, Ontario), whose life came to an end on February 24, 2025 at the age of 85, leaving behind cherished memories. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence McColl and Margaret McColl; her brothers, Lawrence (Christine) and Andrew (Wanda); and her niece Barbara.
She is survived by: her husband James "Jim" Holland; her sons, Peter (Nicole), Richard (Andrea) and Michael; her grandchildren, Gregory (Angelique), Nicole (Harrison), Liam, Gavin, Tom and Dexter; her great grandchildren, Alastair, Madison and Isabella; and her siblings, John (late Anne), Margaret (Clive), James, Mary (Jim), Kirkintilloch and Glasgow. She is also survived by many nephews, nieces, great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 9th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Monday, March 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Holy Rosary Church (287 Plains Rd E, Burlington, ON L7T2C7).
