He was predeceased by: his wife Carol. He is survived by: his children, Dave (Kathy), Carolyn (John Henley) and Karen Brayshaw; and his sisters, Marie Cutler and Linda Dodman.

In lieu of flowers, donations to The Salvation Army-Burlington Community and Family Services would be appreciated.
