He was predeceased by: his significant other Dorothy Mabel Galway "Do"; his children, John Edward Galway and Mary-Joan Galway; and his son-in-law Rod McDonald. He is survived by: his daughters, Sheryl, Pat and Kathleen; his son-in-law Clive; his grandchildren, Elizabeth (Dan), Edward, Trish (John), Pam (Brad) and Virginia (Phill); and his great grandchildren, Gabriella, Sebastian, Cerridwen, James, Silas, Max, Riley, Zinnia and Zander. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
