He was predeceased by: his siblings, Doreen and Arthur; and his parents, Adele Bouziane and Salim Shaker. He is survived by: his wife Susan Ellen; his children, Erika (Jeremy Gillies), Yasmin (Duff Conacher) and Paul (Sonja Macdonald Shaker); his grandchildren, Merryn, Brier, Audrey, Salim (Sam) and Sophie; and his siblings, Selwa, Pauline and Diane. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
