He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Barbara Diane Wigle; his parents, Douglas Howell and Claribel "Sis" Wigle; his sons, Douglas Wigle (Elizabeth) of Toronto and John Wigle (Aimee) of Oro-Medonte; his grandchildren, Andrew Douglas, Bennett John, Aubree Jean Bricies, Charles Robert and Katherine Barbara; his sibling Mary-Janna Wigle; and his sister-in-law Sherry Price (late John).

Due to the pandemic a funeral service will be held for immediate family only with celebration of life to follow at a later date.
