She was loved and cherished by many people including: her spouse Rick Bendle; her child Bryan Bendle (Adele); her grandchildren, Harrison and Lillian; and her siblings, Darylene (late Donald), Lorraine (John) and Randy (Elizabeth).
As an expression of sympathy, and in lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Doreen made to the Salvation Army (Burlington, ON) or IWK Foundation (Halifax, NS) would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
