Donat Chouinard Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest and Lucienne (Brault); and his siblings, Raoul, Leo (Letty), Dominique, Berthe, Nicole (Lee), Jacqueline and Carmen.

He is survived by: his wife Danielle (Moreau); his children, Mathieu and Caroline Rivais (Ryan); his grandchildren, Wyatt and Leah; and his siblings, Len (Marg), Rachelle Skinner (Doug), Dolores Stenko (Jim) and Gisele Rees. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.

Since Don was allergic to flowers, we ask instead that a donation be made to the Heart and Stroke Canada, or Notre Dame du Perpétuel Secours, if desired.
