He is survived by: his spouse Nancy Macey; his children, William (Brent), Ashleigh and Amanda; his spouse Roberta Patterson; his son Nicholas; and his brothers, Kenneth and William. He is also survived by his children (Brent, Ashleigh, Amanda and Nicholas) and three granddaughters.
