He is survived by: his wife Onna Erstikaitis; his daughters, Amelia Toon (Trevor Line), Nicola Toon (Simon) and Victoria Toon (Scott); his sisters, Cheralyn Hunstone (Derek) and Jennifer Woodruffe (Carl); and his brother-in-law Ray Erstikaitis (Cassandra). He is also survived by five grandchildren.
