He is survived by: his wife Linda Ahrens; his children, Kimberley Ahrens (Doug Burke), Colleen Jordan, Karl Ahrens and Matt Ahrens (Kim); his grandchildren, Rachel, Alexander, Jennifer, Kaitlyn, Brandon, Cole, Taylor, Mollie, Zackariah, Spencer, Aislyn and Logan; his sibling Jean Clark; his brother-in-law Barry Thomas; and his nieces and nephews, Clayton Ahrens, Bob Ahrens, Ken Ahrens, Kirstin and Nancy Thomas.
