He was predeceased by: his sister Jill of North Wales. He is survived by: his wife Jane; his children, Mark (Penny), Andrew and Naomi (late Mark); his grandchildren, Amanda Saunders (Brandon), Jacob Saunders, Rachael Goc (Matej), Veronica Best (Clayton), Brianna, Nicholas, Sarah, Nathaniel and Anthony Smith; his great grandchildren, Theodore and Cecilia Goc; his siblings, Susan of North Wales, Jack of North Wales and Janet of North Wales; his brothers-in-law, Donald (Phyllis), Alan (late Patricia) and Andy (Melinda); and also Theresia. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations to the Salvation Army or World Vision are greatly appreciated.
