He is survived by: his spouse Sandra; his children, Andrew and Thomas; his parents, Ross Judd and Joyce Judd; his sibling Mary Ellen Judd; his parents-in-law, Dave McCleary and Pam McCleary; his siblings-in-law, Dayna Folkerts and Justin Folkerts; and his nieces and nephews, Erik Botelho, Ashley Botelho, Gillian, Alex and Nathan Folkerts.
For those who wish, donations in memory of Dave to The Carpenter Hospice, Oakville Aquatic Club Angel Fund (to support swimmers in financial need) or to the cancer support foundation of your choosing, would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
