He was predeceased by: his parents, David Sr. and Ethel. He is survived by: his children, Natalie (Dwain) and Tyler (Toni); his grandchildren, Hunter, Anna Grace and Caitlin; and his siblings, Charlie (Jill), Harold (Barb), Diane and Joanne (Ken). He is also survived by His four Siblings.
