He was predeceased by: his mother Evelyn. He is survived by: his wife Anne-Marie; his father Willard; his brother Richard (Doris); his nephews, Matthew and Patrick; and his aunts and uncles, Sharon, Linda (Neil), Rob (Terry), Dave and Beth (Gary). He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
