She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Lisac and Eva Lisac; and her brother Dennis. She is survived by: her husband Mike; her sister Joanne (George); her children, James and Abbey; and also Dale (Daphne).

As per Cathy's wishes, any donations can be made to the Multi-Organ Transplant Unit at University Hospital in London, Ontario.
