He was predeceased by: his parents, Elizabeth Ada Manser and Kenneth Bliss Dunfield; his brother Donald Dunfield; and his stepbrother Douglas DeForest. He is survived by: his wife Madeleine; and his siblings, Kenneth (Gail) and Catherine Hanna.
