He is survived by: his parents, Wally Kalichuk and Fran Kalichuk; and his siblings, Brenda Andrew (Russ), Cheryl Kelly (Glenn) and Laurianne Rembisz (Steve). He is also survived by uncle to his 8 nieces and nephews and 5 great nieces and nephews.
