He was predeceased by: his father Earl; and his sister Lori. He is survived by: his children, Zachary (Rachel) and Katrina (Shane); the parent of his children Alexis; his granddaughter Mia; his mother Lillian; his brother Clay (Leslie); his niece Chelsea; and his nephews, Bon, Lee and Spencer. He is also survived by his many relatives, family colleagues and friends.
