He was predeceased by: his spouse Jan Fuest. He is survived by: his stepchildren, Mitch Kowalski (Yvonne Lai), Ken Kowalski (Susie Kowalski) and Connie Kowalski; and his stepgrandchildren, Maia, Max, Alex, Kyle, Amanda, Dante, Darius, Dominic and Dmitri.
