He was predeceased by: his spouse Pamela. He is survived by: his children, Allison Allen (Peter) and Carolyn Ribbons (Barry); his grandchildren, Stephanie Allen and Jennifer Allen; his siblings, Judith Mudie (David) and Peter Ribbons (Marion); and also, Laura Driver and Dean Driver.
