With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Audrey Burgess (Burlington, Ontario), born in Welland, Ontario, who passed away on May 21, 2023 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Darby and Kathleen Darby; her husband Donald Burgess; and her siblings, Patricia, Edmund and Godfrey.

She is survived by: her children, Christine Gibson (Bob) of Stouffville and Doug Burgess (Susan) of Burlington; her grandchildren, Heather (Sean), Andrew (Keli), Meaghan (Nick), Lauran (Jamie) and Sarah (Radley); and her great grandchildren, Isla, Mary, Evan, Henry, Cecily and Alice.
