With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Anne Murphy-Turliuk (Burlington, Ontario), who passed away on February 16, 2022 at the age of 63. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John Murphy and Jean Murphy. She is survived by: her husband Robert Turliuk; her children, Jennifer and Stephen Turliuk; and her cousin Anne. She is also survived by friends and relatives.

Due to Covid-19 restrictions and provincial regulations, only a limited number of guests are able to attend at one time.

For those wishing to do so, a donation to the Royal Botanical Gardens (http://www.rbg.ca) for a memorial platform lookout spot in Anne's memory would be appreciated. Or if desired, donations can also be made to Wellwood (http://www.wellwood.ca) who assisted Anne and her family in her journey.

“I was so saddened and heartbroken to hear of dear Anne's passing. She and Bob were so perfect for each other . Anne travelled with myself and three grlfriends to Florida in the late 70s. What a laugh we had! In the 80's every year we would spend a fun-filled weekend at a cottage in Muskoka. There we saw Anne filled with laughter and joy. Never forget her entrpreneurship with port-a-munchables/lunchables!! She was always a dear. Bob made her most happy Both Wayne/Lib send our deepest regrets.”

“I’m not able to console the loss of Anne to the Murphy Turliuk family by mere words. I do though want to pass my condolences for a wonderful person taken too soon. Having Anne as my godmother was special. Even though we did not regularly interact when we did it was always as if we had a lifelong friendship. My memories of her bring smiles as she always enlightened me with her presence. I will miss her. Dave”
