He was predeceased by: his wife Elma Marvella (Vella); and his parents, Alexander (Alick) and Eileen. He is survived by: his sister Rosemary (Stan); his children, Nicholas (Karen), Jeffery and Valerie (David); his grandchildren, Nicole (Rhydian), Alexandra (Ryan), Aidan (Thu), Jessica (Jon), Adrianna, Elizabeth (Marc), Ryan, Heather (Marcin) and Kristin (Shawn); and his great grandchildren, Isla, Poet, Charlotte, Saoirse and Walker.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Smith's Funeral Home - Brant Street (485 Brant St, Burlington, ON L7R2G5). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
