It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Pledge of Burks Falls, Ontario, who passed away on August 3, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Phyllis Pledge to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Agnes Sollman and Christian Sollman; and her siblings, Stan Sollman (late Joy), Myrtle Hughes (late Bill), Harvey Sollman (Barb) and Calvin Sollman.

She is survived by: her children, Robin Van Mierlo (Gerry), Don Pledge (Jo-Anne), Bill Pledge (Vivian) and Dave Pledge (Dawn); her grandchildren, Robert Van Mierlo (Tricia), Kari Van Mierlo (Adam), Kyle Pledge, Devin Pledge, Sarah Pledge (Pierre), Jesse Pledge (Danica), David Pledge (Kaylee) and Mahgen Pledge (Clay); her great grandchildren, Michael Van Mierlo, Scarlett, Beau Pledge and Ronan Pledge; and her brother Larry Sollman (Pat). She is also survived by her nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
