It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eric John Steengaard (Burks Falls, Ontario), who passed away on April 11, 2025, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Jim (Jennifer), Ricky (Renae), Thomas (Jennifer), Jacob and Ted (Jessica); his grandchildren, Skyler (Bailey), Jessica, Rhys of Rhyleigh Jordan, RJ and Kayce; his great grandchild Dimitri; and his parents, George Steengaard and Rose Steengaard.

A celebration of life was held on Sunday, April 20th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 405 (9 Mary St, Burk's Falls, ON P0A1C0).
