He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Blackmore and Martha Blackmore; and his siblings, Kathryan, Carl, Gordon, John, Doreen and Margaret.
He is survived by: his wife Josephine Mabel; his children, Barry Blackmore (Donna), Irene Blackmore (Anderson), Christine Blackmore (Lindry), Allan Blackmore, Dale Blackmore (Nicole), Leanne Vincent (Francis) and Shelly Blackmore (Greg); his grandchildren, Amanda Fusco (Chris), Adam Bonney (Alicia), Andrea Bonney (Dave), Charles Fisher (Tonya), Casey Blackmore (Shayne), Curtis Vincent (Candace) and Carlus Vincent; his great grandchildren, Alexis, Anthony, Arrabella, Riley, Haven, Amelia, Rosalea, Lillah and Isabell; and his sisters, Thelma Keeton (Don) of St. George, Evelyn (Bill) and Gladwin "Bud" (Diane).
In David's memory, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Alzheimer Society would be appreciated by the family.
