With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Terry John Watters (Burford, Ontario), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 6, 2024 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, may Terry find peace everlasting, cradled in the gentle embrace of the universe. And as we stand on the shores of remembrance, may his legacy inspire us to live each day with purpose, passion, and profound gratitude for the gift of life itself.
He was predeceased by: his father Ross Watters. He is survived by: his daughter Tara (Gehrig); his pet Bentley; his mother Lois Watters; his siblings, Brian (Teresa) and Nancy; and his brother-in-law David Beam (Bernice). He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 14th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Sunday, September 15th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Keith Ovington Funeral Home (134 King St, Burford, ON N0E1A0). A funeral service was held on Sunday, September 15th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
As expressions of sympathy, donations in Terry's memory may be made to the Burford Optimist Club or the Burford Lions Way.
