He was predeceased by: his parents, Lorne Patterson and Colleen Patterson; his daughter Tammy Patterson; his sister Lorna Ferrell; and his brothers-in-law, Ferg Ferrell and David Ferrell.
He is survived by: his wife Karen Patterson; his children, Billy (Holly), Geoffrey and Krista Bauer (Bob); his grandchildren, Tamren (Gavin), Tanner, Zach (Kristina), Ryan and Hunter; and his sisters, Vickie Norris and Liz Ferrell.
As expressions of sympathy, donations in Phil's memory may be made to Camp Trillium (Rainbow Lake) or the Burford Optimist Youth Fund.
