He is survived by: his parents, Jacinto and Armanda; his brothers, Anthony, Paul (Joanne), Danny (Ashley), Nelson (Mary Anne) and Helder (Julie); and his nieces and nephews, Gregory (Alisha), Joshua (Maya), Adam, Danielle (Matt), Amanda, Andrea (Andrew), Alysha and Jack. He is also survived by great-niece and nephews, as well as many uncles, aunts and cousins.
As expressions of sympathy donations in Jerry's memory may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
