He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Marcy and Billy (Rebecca); his grandchildren, Záhra, Jaden, Ava and Parker; his siblings, Cathy (Henry), Auke (Frances), Jacomina (John), Margaret (John), Lypje, Gary, Minke, Reina (Rick), Jelle (Sandy), Marius (Christena), Cora (Bert), Janet (Michael) and Bryan (Stephanie); and his siblings-in-law, Barclay (Mahela), Sandy, Shelley (late Al), Julie (Ron), Tim and Susan. He is also survived by his many family and friends.
