She was predeceased by: her husband Chester Higgins; her son Don; her father Wallace (Freda Agar); and her sister Leila (Charlie Hay). She is survived by: her children, Wayne Higgins of Morris Township, Greg of Morris Township and Betty Jane Higgins of Morris Township; her grandchildren, Meagan McGregor (Neil), Melissa Malayney (Zac), Kate Higgins, Nick Adamson, Stuart Higgins, Megan Biasin, Loretta Higgins and Maitland Higgins; her great grandchildren, Isabella, Hudson, Norah, Jameson McGregor, Eliza, Owen Malayney and Delilah Higgins; her siblings, Shirley Field and Velma Hays; and her brothers-in-law, Robert (Julie Higgins), Tony Field, Bruce Hays, Jack (Bernice Higgins) and George Higgins. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers and expression of sympathy donations to the Brussels United Church and Huronlea Nursing Home would be appreciated.
