He is survived by: his wife Myke (Griffith); his children, Lisa, Bill (D'Arcey), Steven, Jackie Hamilton, Kevin Hamilton, Laura Griffith, Jason and Nienke Griffith; his siblings, Ron, Velma Hamilton, Bruce and Anna Hamilton; and his siblings-in-law, Jack, Deb Bontje, Bill, Donna Bontje, Marty, Debbie Bontje and Edward Bontje. He is also survived by children and grandchildren.
