He was predeceased by: his parents, Morley Bell and Edna Bell; his brother Max Bell (Anna); and his brothers-in-law, Carl Dinsmore and Jack Ross.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Bell of Brussels; his children, Brian, Laurie Bell of New Hamburg, Gary, Vicky Bell, Karen and Ken Warwick of Blyth; his grandchildren, Kristine Roobroeck, Frank, Sarah Bell, Peter, Becky Maldini, Rob, Craig Bell, Trisha, Bradly Warwick, Devan Warwick, Jason Warwick and Rachel; his great grandchildren, Tyler, Daman, Lucas, Samantha, Zack, Sam, Aimee, MacKenzie, Skye, Noah, Madison, Morgan, Dakota and Colt; his sisters, Irene Dinsmore and Winnifred Ross; and his siblings-in-law, Yvonne and Garold Miller.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Wroxeter United Church or the Wingham & District Hospital Foundation would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
