He was predeceased by: his brothers, Tom and Tonci. He is survived by: his spouse Adrianne Petrovich; his children, Jennifer Petrovich of Brooklin and Christopher Petrovich of Toronto; his mother-in-law Luba Laslavich; his sister-in-law Mandy; his niece Irene; his nephews, Robert and Dubravko; his brother-in-law Dubravko (Rose); and his nephews, Daniel (Marie) and Kevin.

In memory of Mladen and in lieu of flowers memorial donations to Lakeridge Health Foundation (Cardiac Care) would be appreciated by the family.
