He is survived by: his girlfriend Sandra Lee; his children, Hayden and Olivia; his stepsons, Alan and Mitchell Donaldson; his father John Hotner; his siblings, Karen van der Zalm (John) of Port Perry and Terry Hotner (Tammy) of Peterborough; his cousins, Barb Batty and Cory Hotner; his nieces and nephews, Colleen (Jeff), Felicity, Blake (Nichelle), Kevin and Jonathan; and his friends, Jeff McNice and John Butterworth. He is also survived by Uncles, Aunts, Cousins.
