He is survived by: his children, Patricia Sicard (Paul) and Gerry Sicard (Kayla); his siblings, Ann Harper (Chuck) and Gerry Sicard; his grandchildren, Joshua, Kimmy and Olivia; his nephew Kurtis Harper (Kristal); his niece Bridgette Harper (Nathan); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Kaiden Harper-Campbell, Liam Byford, Mylann Harper-Campbell and Lily Harper-LeClair.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Canadian Cancer Society will be greatly appreciated by the family.
