He was predeceased by: his spouse Dawn; and his siblings, Barbara Shaw and James Code. He is survived by: his children, Cynthia Feltrin (David) and Dean Code (Anne); and his grandchildren, Joel Feltrin, Natalie Feltrin and Thomas Code.
