She is survived by: her husband Chris Phillips; her sons, Joshua and Skyler; her granddaughters, Nevaeh and Addison; her mother Betty Noonan; her siblings, Brenda Young (Bernie Cormier), Joe Noonan (Flo), Patricia Noonan and John Noonan; her half-sister Laura Heisler (Clay); her aunt Kathy; and her uncle Richard Noonan. She is also survived by nephews and aunts and uncles.
