He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Valcour and Muriel Valcour (Evans); and his siblings, Doug Valcour, Eunice Tynon, Helen Pratt, Gordon Valcour and Elaine Hall.

He is survived by: his spouse Alinda Young; his sister Audrey VanDusen (Jack); and his brother-in-law Bob Valley. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
