He was predeceased by: his daughters, Dawn Herbison and Mary Wilson (Tom). He is survived by: his wife Donna; his children, Doug (Terry) and Joan DeSmidt (Marty); his grandchildren, Tristan Jensen, Kyle Jensen (Allana), Micheal Herbison (Chelsea), Chelsea VanStralen and Amber DeSmidt; and his son-in-law Terry Herbison (Tina). He is also survived by his seven great grandchildren.
