He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Rick Winters and Teresa Winters (Massey); and his sibling Chris Winters. He was also cherished by many loving aunts, uncles and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 27th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Irvine Funeral Home & Chapel (4 James St E, Brockville, ON K6V1J9).
