He was predeceased by: his sister Donna MacKay; and his parents, Doreen Hicks and Richard Hicks. He is survived by: his wife Betty Hicks (Dandridge); his children, Jennifer (Geoff) and Richard (Pamela); his grandchildren, Cameron, Charlotte, Sawyer, Evan and Connor; and his sister Geri Grant (late Don). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
