He was predeceased by: his parents, Reginald Richard and Joan Birchall (Hemsted); and his wife Marilyn. He is survived by: his brother Stephen (Angela); his brothers-in-law, Allan (Leona) and Paul (Jude); his cousins, Dorothy and Jeff; and also, Bill, Ellen (Tom) and Janice Lynn (Nat). He is also survived by six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
