Patrick Joseph Hickey Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Patrick Joseph Hickey of Brockville, Ontario, whose presence will be deeply missed. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Patrick Joseph may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.

He was predeceased by: his wife Martha Hickey (Burkholder); and his parents, Patrick Hickey and Josephine Hickey (Allen). He is survived by: his daughters, Tricia Hickey (Kevin Long), Marcia Hickey (Andrew Froats) and Joanne Hickey (Michael Hurst); and his sisters, Alice Ryan (late Peter) and Mary Clements. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Barclay Funeral Home (137 Pearl St E, Brockville, ON K6V1R2). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.

In memory of Joe donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
