He was predeceased by: his wife Joan Cummings (Loney); and his parents, Peter Cummings and Ermie Cummings (Keys). He is survived by: his children, Matt Cummings (Tara) and Jenneaya McTavish (Martin Trudel); and his grandchildren, Mason, Andrea, Addyson, Aodhan and Locklan.

In memory of Mancel donations to the Brockville District Hospital Foundation Palliative Care would be greatly appreciated by the family.
