Karen Jones Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Karen Jones of Brockville, Ontario, who passed away on February 21, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Kennedy and Edna Kennedy (Saddlemire). She is survived by: her husband Harry Jones; her children, Kristen Nihmey (Phillip) and Mark Jones (Sarah); her grandchildren, Camden, Morganne Jones, Hugo and Francis Nihmey; her siblings, Colleen Chornie (late Stephen), Terry Kennedy (late Shelley) and Kevin Kennedy; her mother-in-law Ruth Jones (late James); and her sister-in-law Jennifer Belanger (Brian). She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Barclay Funeral Home (137 Pearl St E, Brockville, ON K6V1R2). A funeral service will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In memory of Karen, the family would appreciate donations to St. Vincent de Paul Brockville Weekenders Program or the Brockville and District Hospital Foundation: Palliative Care.
