He was predeceased by: his daughter Charlotte Fullarton; his parents, Robert Fullarton and Betty Fullarton (Jackson); and his parents-in-law, John and Marg Kingsley.
He is survived by: his wife Jo-Ann Fullarton (Kingsley); his children, Brooke Limbeek (Shane), Alanna Reeves (Dan) and Jonathan Fullarton (Erika Armstrong); his grandchildren, Emily (Jake), Riley (Jasmine), Sophie, Savannah, Dominick, Carley and Cameron; his brothers, Bruce (Jane), William and Bobby Fullarton (Donna); and his mother-in-law Kitty. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
A reception was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Barclay Funeral Home (137 Pearl St E, Brockville, ON K6V 1R2).
