She was predeceased by: her husband Jan; her parents, Leendert Roth and Nicolette Streefkerk; her son Ralph; her siblings, Kees (Leendert), Annie (Mien) and Casey Pluim (Willem); and her brother-in-law John DeBlieck.

She is survived by: her children, Leentje, Trenton, Dane, Brittany, John and Adrian (Erin); her grandchildren, Gradon and Alexandra; her daughter Kristina (Alex); her grandsons, Wyatt and Luke; her children, James and Abbigail; her great grandchildren, Noah, Emmaline, Grayson, Dax, Avery, Gray and York; her siblings, Corrie (Johann Verhey) of Holland, Audrey (Harm Deveen), Marie (DeBlieck), Laurens (Anne) and Chris (Mary); and her sisters-in-law, Theresa and Anna. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
