He is survived by: his parents, Patricia Grills (Carman) and Giles Loshaw; his wife April Edgley; his siblings, Bill Loshaw (Kim) and Penny McClintock (Ken); and his pet Mika.

A celebration of life was held on Saturday, September 21st 2024 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Brockville Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 96 (180 Park St, Brockville, ON K6V5T7).

In lieu of flowers, the family has kindly suggested donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or Diabetes Canada, reflecting Giles' battle with these illnesses and the causes that were close to his heart.
