It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gerald Nelson Renkema of Brockville, Ontario, who passed away on June 10, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Egbert Renkema and Geesje Renkema; and his siblings, Nelson, William, Hank, Fenno, Jack and Theresa Tibben.

He is survived by: his sons, Brian (Charlene) and Richard; and his wife Joyce Gilmer. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers kindly consider donating to Brockville General Hospital Palliative Care Unit or St Lawrence Lodge. Donations would be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
